Kemp Town
The side of the city that’s brimming with character, Kemp Town could be described as ‘shabby chic’. Full of arty types looking to pick up a second hand bargain, it’s a great place to find trinkets or gifts from your weekend in Brighton.

Artist's studios, home-made jewellery, henna tattoos, hair braiding, and that woman with the crumply face who for a couple of quid promises to tell you that someone tall, dark and interesting is just around the corner.
The North Laines
A kaleidoscope of colours awaits shoppers in the North Laines. Hove
Tis all a bit posh over in Hove. If daddy hasn't thoughtfully provided you with a gold card for your shopping expedition then best steer well clear. Full of quirky independents and designer clothing boutiques. Full of browsing socialites.
The Lanes
The narrow lanes are a great place to potter and browse. Beautiful jewellery shops are on every corner and here is where you’ll find some of the more exclusive designer boutiques, alongside more household names including MAC and Oasis.
Churchill Square
Fashion lovers after shopping in Brighton should head straight for this shopping centre set over 3 floors. With all of the favourite high-street stores including Next, Miss Selfridge and WH Smith, you may need to head upstairs for a coffee break, or just an excuse to sit down.
