The Ambassador Hotel has a breakfast room that makes an excellent space for private parties of up to 80 persons.

The hire charge is a fixed £250 to include:
- the function room tables and chairs
- kitchen for re-heating, storing and finishing dishes provided by your caterer
- glasses, china & cutlery hire
What you need to do ...
Provide your own food and arrange caterers to re-heat, put out, serve and wash up everything including leaving all kitchen surfaces and equipment clean. A returnable deposit of £100 is paid and held against any cleaning not done to our duty manager’s satisfaction which we will have to do.
Hire our staff as detailed to serve your drinks, collect dirty plates and glasses etc and clean up afterwards leaving the room ready for use the next day. 1 member of our staff for up to 40 guests, 2 members of our staff for 40 – 80 guests. Staff charge is £10 per hour to include social costs (NI, late taxi home etc.)

Bring in your own wines, beers and soft drinks (we can arrange ice for chilling drinks at £5.50 per sack)
Arrange your own music (nothing too big or too loud please)
Decorate with balloons, flowers and candles (provided you arrange to remove them at the end of the function)
Your guests are also welcome to use our lounge and bar
Accomodation Availability
At weekends we only offer rooms for a minimum of 2 nights and we don’t offer discounts; the weekend is when we hoteliers earn our living in Brighton so please don’t ask as we don’t like to offend. If you have a midweek do in the winter we can offer you a bedroom deal
